THE UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND in the beautiful Pacific Northwest seeks a strong teacher and scholar to serve as Instructor in the Department of Theology, beginning fall 2016. Teaching load is 4/4; specialization within the field of Theology is open. The successful candidate will teach primarily lower division introductory courses in Theology and Bible with an occasional upper division course from a pastoral-theological perspective, or a course in the Department’s pastoral ministry masters’ program.
